About HangulSteps

HangulSteps is for the moment right after you can read Hangul: letters → words → a sentence with the right particles → handwriting practice, all on one screen.

How it works

• Sentences are built only from 12 reviewed beginner frames and 159 nouns, 24 verbs and 20 adjectives. Nothing is randomly combined.
• Particle feedback separates the form rule (받침) from the naturalness rule (topic vs subject), so “grammatical but odd” is shown as exactly that.
• Audio uses your device’s Korean voice (Web Speech API); nothing is sent anywhere. Your sentences are stored only in this browser.
